Ian's Natural Foods got into the GF market almost by accident. But, through its focus on health, variety and fun, it has become a hit--and not just with youngsters. Jeff Canner, vice president of marketing, talks about Ian's does it.

Europe’s biggest maker of gluten-free foods, Dr. Schär, is coming to retail stores in North America. The company's products, which enjoy a reputation for taste and quality, previously had limited availability here. Manufacturing here is even a possibility.

Pizza. Ravioli. Tortillas. Beer! Celiacs have never had so many tasty food options. For them, it's the best of times. GF food makers are doing just fine, too--though they're working overtime to stay ahead of the growing competition.
