Among cookbooks, those by the late Bette Hagman are still regarded as the most complete. But some of the newer authors advance the art of baking and cooking gluten-free.
Likewise, among general-interest resource books, Danna Korn's are still tops. Her "Kids with Celiac Disease" is excellent
Also consider "Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic" by Peter H.R. Green, MD, and Rory Jones. It offers the best treatment of the science of celiac disease, yet is very readable.
